Detox Drink Recipe - Simple Detoxifying Drinks

Detox Drink Recipe:

Detox Weight Loss Juice/ smoothie

1 Silverbeet leaf greens (or cup of choice greens)
2 Celery stalks
2 Green apples
2 Carrots
1 Capsicum (red sweet pepper)
1 Peeled lemon
1 Inch ginger


Flavorful Green Smoothie

The greens listed in this recipe are just a starting  point; just about any greens you can think of can be used or combined to make a flavorsome and nutritious green smoothie.

1 head of romaine Lettuce
3 heads baby bok choy
½ cup of water



Cleansing Smoothie (will help to remove fat cells)

This smoothie is loaded with cleansers that will nourish as well as cleanse. If you are used to the cleansing regime you can leave out the dates, chia seed, and cut back on the oranges for a more effective cleanse, but this recipe is not for the faint of heart.

5 dates

3 Oranges

3 Stalks of celery
1 whole lemon, rind and all
1 beet with stalk and greens
½ bunch dandelion greens
½ bunch flat leaf parsley
¼ head cabbage
1 tablespoon chia seed


Lemon Detox Diet

The greatest upside of this detox diet drink is its cleansing strength. Namely, it has proven its effectiveness in purging the body of all toxins and pollutants that may find their way and reach the inside of our body



In a large pitcher or individual 8 fl .oz water bottles mix together:

2 liters water
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
14 tablespoons maple syrup (Grade B maple syrup only)
14 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
