Limit Alcohol Consumption- To lose belly fat fast you have to consider that what you drink is as important as what you eat. Alcohol from time to time is OK. But forget about losing your belly fat if you drink beer & sweet alcohols daily.

Treadmill Your Bulge Dig in and let the calories go! Get on the treadmill or elliptical machine and up your incline dosage. It is important to make sure you stay on the exercise machine long enough to remove the calories.  This is one of the most popular exercises to lose belly fat.

Exercise -No matter what type of diet you follow, an exercise regime is very important for you. If you are serious about losing weight you should not neglect the importance of workout. Work out for at least half an hour daily. This will help you cut down on stomach fat easily.
