Activity: You can burn more fat and lose more weight by simply staying active. Staying busy is one of the best ways to lose weight.

Hydration: Keeping hydrated is a key to any weight loss program. You just have to be careful what types of drinks you are putting into your body. Water and sugar free drinks are the way to go.

Calorie Reduction: It has been said that the average calorie intake for a person should be about 2,000 calories a day. However this may not hold true for everyone. Each person is different and needs a different amount. Most people can probably do with less than the 2,000 calories, and by cutting a few calories a day you will begin to see the weight loss quickly.
