Are you looking for ways to lose belly fat quickly? If you've hit a belly fat loss slump I have some brilliant weight loss strategies just for you.
Most people like you and me are missing just a few key
elements in their belly fat regiment to transform their sluggish progress into
soaring results. But if you follow these great tips it can make a difference from fat to fab in as little as a few weeks of consistent re-enforced focus.
It's usually a good idea to eat a small high-fiber snack just before you eat a big lunch or dinner. A snack like an apple, pear, carrot, or a stalk of celery is usually a good choice. Fiber fills you up, making it harder to overeat later. Then again there are several other versions of this concept such as: eating a bowl of soup, a small salad or something spicy before diving into that mouth watering meal.
We have actually found that when people eat relatively healthy snacks before their actual meal it helps them to eat at a slower pace. When you eat at a slower pace it gives your brain, stomach and hormones time to coordinate a message of fullness, thus giving you the accomplishment of satisfying you hunger and stabilizing your appetite.
With all weight loss advice, you have to take what you like and leave the rest behind. Typically most people advise you to drink 7 to 8 glasses of water a day. Water is great , don't get me wrong and if you can do it then good for you! but having to drink this much water each day just seems like such a large chore, tea on the other hand is much easier to sip all day long. Try making a thermos of black, green, or herb tea (use your preferred blend, they all have great health benefits) and keep it with you throughout the day so its easy for you to refill it at any given time.
There are a number of tea drinkers, specifically green tea drinkers who lose weight much faster to those that don't drink tea, and If you look at the ingredient list for any fat burning supplement, chances are that green tea will be on there. Green tea has a reputation to help all those who wish to shed a few extra pounds here and there.
Be careful with diet teas.
The concept of "diet" tea is sort of false advertising -- any unsweetened, natural tea can promote weight loss.
No weight loss strategy works if you find it unpleasant, because if you don’t like doing it you won’t keep it up for long. So if you like the taste of tea, this trick’s going to work well for you well.
Create good tea drinking habits to be successful. In order to reap the benefits of tea, you should start drinking it every day, or as often as possible, drink it as plain as possible. If it's not easy, tasty, and convenient, you won't stick to it. Find ways how can you enable yourself to drink it more. Believe it or not this is one of the most popular ways to lose belly fat.
Having "tea supplies" is the easiest way to get started. If you spend 8 hours a day at the office, it's a good idea to have a stock of tea at the office -- along with having your favorite mug (or thermos) microwave or kettle access.
Ask any British person -- tea is a drink made for company. If your brewing an entire pot get others in on your action. At the workplace, brew a pot for your coworkers, too. Get the family/roommates in on the routine of a late night cup. When it's a social activity, you'll be more likely to engage in it.Cream, milk, and sugar should not be part of your tea routine.
Unfortunately, to lose weight with this habit, it's gotta be taken plain (at least most of the time). Tea is no longer tea when you add milk and sugar to it, but stevia is a better solution to sweeten that wonderful drink.
There are several ways to lose belly fat and I've been more than happy to share the two most important ways that I found that have helped me in my journey. I hope this article has help to ignite some idea's for you on your weight loss/ healthy lifestyle change journey.
