Homemade Weight Loss Cleanse
with Fruits & Vegetables

For an effective homemade weight loss cleanse to work so you can  lose weight you must take in food the body will use for healing, energy and replacement. Minimize the food your body stores to efficiently eliminate the old fat cells, fecal matter, and bad bacteria that exists inside you now.

I believe the key to health is to make green vegetables the bulk of your diet in every serving. Green vegetables won’t spike your blood sugar and insulin level like processed foods, high fructose corn syrup, carbohydrates and fats do.  Vegetable, fruits and sweet vegetables like carrots and red beets will give your body a homemade natural cleanse like no other meal would.

A Homemade weight loss cleanse needs Plenty of Water

Please Drink plenty of water. Keep yourself well hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water daily if not more.  It will help you to be less bloated.

Water is great for helping you flush your kidneys, improve the health of your skin, hair and nails and, in addition, improve your bowel movements.

When you drink water it really helps to carry out toxins from every cell, every organ and every and body fluid floating around in your system.

During an intense, full body cleanse, the goal with your diet is simple: it's to minimize the workload on your digestive organs while supplying your body with enough energy to carry out its everyday activities. Cleansing is performed primarily by your body's self-regulated cleansing mechanisms, not totally by the nutrients in the foods that you eat.

Vegetables, fruits, and their juices are excellent food choices for an intense, full body cleanse for the following reasons:

  • For most people, vegetables and fruits are extremely easy to digest.
  • Vegetables and fruits are naturally rich in water; staying hydrated is an essential requirement for an intense, full body cleanse.

These principles are important to note whether you are wanting to lose weight or increase your energy

Eat more vegetables and fruits each day

  • Keep fruit where you can see it That way you’ll be more likely to eat it.
  • Explore the produce aisle and choose something new. Variety is the key to a healthy diet.

  • Skip the potatoes. Choose other vegetables that are packed with more nutrients and more slowly digested carbohydrates.
  • Make it a meal. Try cooking new recipes that include more vegetables. Salads and stir fries are two ideas for getting tasty vegetables on your plate.

Special Note:

Don’t be afraid to experiment with vegetables, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised at how many great things you can do with natural foods. You can use food processors, vegetable spirals, blenders and all kinds of neat kitchen tools to help you create wonderful raw food dishes.

I’ve been referencing a great raw food recipe book called Raw Food Made Easy for one and two people by Jennifer Cornbleets It’s a great resource to help you to get started on your natural homemade weight loss cleanse.I'll show you watch the video below.

To lose weight, you must eat fewer calories than your body uses

Now,this doesn't necessarily mean that you have to eat less food. You can create lower-calorie versions of some of your favorite dishes by substituting low-calorie fruits and vegetables in place of higher-calorie ingredients.

The water and fiber in fruits and vegetables will add volume to your dishes, so you can eat the same amount of food with fewer calories. Most fruits and vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories and are filling.

Here is a list of vegetables and fruits that can be used for a highly effective cleanse:
